Had a raccoon get onto my roof and rip off some shingles. I called Onit Roofing for a quote and Whitney came out and did a great job looking over my roof, and was very careful to not cause damage while walking on my roof. Their quote came in one of the lowest of the bids I received and they did excellent work. They were able to match the shingles and do a great repair. They also checked over my entire roof and repaired any small issues they saw such as nail pops, exposed nails, bad shingles, etc. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

We called Onit Roofing after noticing a small leak in our living room ceiling. Their representative, Whitney Wilson, came out and did a thorough roof inspection, quickly identifying that the builders of our back patio addition had done a poor job on the roof. She gave us a fair quote and scheduled her crew for Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. The team arrived on time, was very professional, and explained exactly what repairs they made. After finishing, they cleaned up all the trash and debris, leaving the area spotless. Whitney later followed up and sent us pictures of the completed repairs. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the work and felt the price was very reasonable. We strongly recommend Onit Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs done right.

I was incredibly happy with the level of service, professionalism, and honesty of Onit Roofing and will definitely call them in the future for any roofing needs. In summary, I had purchased a new construction home that had just aged out of its warranty period when a storm ripped a section of gutter off of my house. I called Onit and Josh came out for the assessment. After listening to my concerns about my existing gutter installation (I'm very paranoid about potential water damage), he performed the inspection and we discussed possible improvements. Additionally, during his inspection he noticed some issues that the builder should have taken care of during the original warranty period (specifically, there were exposed nail holes in some shingles and incorrectly installed drip edges on some sections of the house). Onit could have taken the work for themselves, but instead advised me to ask the builder first since there was a chance they might still honor it under the original builder's warranty. I chose to have Onit fix the shingle holes for me immediately (I didn't want to wait for the builder) in addition to making the modifications and repairs to my gutter system that we had discussed. The crews that came out to do the work were fantastic and I was very happy with the results. As for the drip edge issue, I showed the report and pictures that Onit had given me to the builder, and they were willing to fix it under the original warranty. I asked Onit to come back out to inspect the work done by the builder's subcontractor and Josh confirmed to me that it was sufficiently corrected. It's great when a company not only provides great service, but can also provide advice that is in the customer's best interest. Onit definitely has my recommendation.
