Adriana from Lions Crown Roofing provided me with a detailed drone inspection report of my roof. Upon learning that my roof was less than two years old, she gave me all the pictures as well as details of damages at various spots so that I could talk to the company who installed the roof in August 2024 and get the damages fixed under the warranty. Lions Crown Roofing did not have to do that, as they were not going to fix and consequently not making any money despite their time and flying the drone. This shows their business ethics and above board business practices. Adriana was particularly caring and sympathetic in handling this. Excellent level of professionalism, true customer care, and quality of work. You usually get one or two out of the three. Whitney took time to really understand my concerns (and didn't hesitate to get on the roof, and even come back a second time to assess another leak I found). Nicholas, the person who did the work on my roof, did such a good job that it reminded me of my grandparents' generation where everyone worked with their hands with excellence. After having multiple questionable experiences with contractors, I'm thoroughly impressed and grateful that there are still good people out here doing great work. AND the price was exactly what it should be for the work; they did not overcharge but were extremely fair.

I intentionally waited for about 3 months now since the installation of my roof before I provide my review so I would have more accurate and solid review information. The installation took one day starting at approximately 6 a.m. in the morning. Whitney (Co-Owner) had come to my house and described the installation process with specific details to me a few days before so I knew exactly what to expect on the day of installation. The crew cleaned up the areas around the house very well. There were, shortly after the installation, a couple of really heavy and windy rains which I was happy to see as it would test out the roof. There was no leak at all. I have been receiving many positive comments on the roof. The solar engineer came and got up on the roof to do his field survey. He said the roof was one of the nicest he had seen in all the houses he had been working on. Thanks, Onit (Whitney and the team), for an excellent job.

We expect a professional and timely job to be done when we spend a substantial amount of money on a home construction project (re-siding for me). We don’t always get it, but we expect it. What I didn’t expect was the level of effort Onit put into customer care. Most mornings, just before the crew arrived, Josh would text me with the day’s objectives. Most evenings, around the workday’s end, I got a text from Josh stating what was accomplished, and generally how the work went. Problems and solutions were discussed as they arose. I didn’t expect the crew to be as personable as they were. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up every day before leaving, not leaving things dirty or laying around haphazardly. And, I did get the professional and timely job I expected. The products used were high quality. The install looks fantastic. In terms of price, it was a mid range estimate. I would recommend them highly!

I rarely write Google reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. We contacted Onit Roofing after improperly installed attic fans from a previous company caused leaks and ceiling stains inside our home. Josh Dill was on time, professional, and took the time to listen to all of our concerns—without ever bad-mouthing the prior contractor. Josh used a drone to take detailed photos of the roof for the estimate and provided progress and completion photos throughout the job. His team replaced rotted plywood, installed new solar fans, and even recommended relocating one fan to improve attic airflow—something we hadn’t considered before. His pricing was very fair, and he also suggested a roof tune-up while they were on the roof, including replacing damaged ridge cap shingles, painting roof ventilations, and securing loose nails to help extend the life of our 12-year-old roof. Overall, this was a smooth, professional, and very positive experience. Josh and his team did excellent work, and I highly recommend Onit Roofing.

Reasonably priced, professional, and quick! We highly recommend Onit Roofing! Due to a couple of windstorms, we wanted our roof to be inspected. We were dreading this appointment because we thought it was going to be a long and costly process, but it ended up being the exact opposite. During my initial call, I was able to get an appointment almost immediately. Josh came out—very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly—and did his inspection. Before the end of that same day, we had pictures of the damage to our roof, a quote, AND a follow-up appointment to get the repairs completed. The price was reasonable and less than expected. If something else is needed for our roof, we will be using these guys again!

I used Onit Roofing and could not be happier with my choice. I had a few leaks in the roof and scheduled them for an inspection and quote. They promptly scheduled me within 2 days and walked me through the possible causes of the leaks and also recommended a full roof tune-up. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work was top notch. I had to have them come out a couple more times for one spot on our roof that kept leaking in our attic and they came out to fix it with no questions asked and no additional cost. They stand by their work and word. I worked with Josh Dill for the inspection and follow-up fixes and he was excellent. Responded promptly and was very nice. I could not recommend them enough. I will be using them for any future roof work I will potentially need done.
