I called Onit because we had a small leak and our roof is still under warranty, but I didn’t want to wait to get it sealed due to the weather. The home warranty company still hasn’t contacted me, so there’s no telling how long that will take. Onit sent an amazing technician out to us the next morning. She was able to find the leak point and effectively seal it in 15 minutes. Amazing service! Once our roof is no longer under warranty next year, we will be calling Onit back again to do regular tune-ups. Thank you so much!

I was incredibly happy with the level of service, professionalism, and honesty of Onit Roofing and will definitely call them in the future for any roofing needs. In summary, I had purchased a new construction home that had just aged out of its warranty period when a storm ripped a section of gutter off of my house. I called Onit and Josh came out for the assessment. After listening to my concerns about my existing gutter installation (I'm very paranoid about potential water damage), he performed the inspection and we discussed possible improvements. Additionally, during his inspection he noticed some issues that the builder should have taken care of during the original warranty period (specifically, there were exposed nail holes in some shingles and incorrectly installed drip edges on some sections of the house). Onit could have taken the work for themselves, but instead advised me to ask the builder first since there was a chance they might still honor it under the original builder's warranty. I chose to have Onit fix the shingle holes for me immediately (I didn't want to wait for the builder) in addition to making the modifications and repairs to my gutter system that we had discussed. The crews that came out to do the work were fantastic and I was very happy with the results. As for the drip edge issue, I showed the report and pictures that Onit had given me to the builder, and they were willing to fix it under the original warranty. I asked Onit to come back out to inspect the work done by the builder's subcontractor and Josh confirmed to me that it was sufficiently corrected. It's great when a company not only provides great service, but can also provide advice that is in the customer's best interest. Onit definitely has my recommendation.

Whitney is the owner of this roofing company; she was so knowledgeable and honest that I can unequivocally recommend her to anyone that needs repair and/or installation. My solar panel was blown out by the derecho. I had a few roofing consultants visit; they all came by and gave me an estimate. When I had Whitney come by, she flew a drone on my roof and shared the view with me and told me the solar panel was blown away. The integrity of the frame is intact, but the problem is the solar fan is within six feet of another air vent that defeated the purpose of removing hot air from the attic. Whitney was the first and only one that evaluated the whole situation and gave me a very intelligent solution. I thoroughly enjoyed her visit and think she and her crew will do a great job! Highly recommended!!!

Onit Roofing installed a new roof on my home in 2021. The installation was fast, and Josh handled most of the direct interaction with my homeowner's insurance company. I have been extremely satisfied with that job. Recently, I had some apparent leakage appear around a skylight above my kitchen. I called Josh to ask him to have a look at the roof for problems. He was there the next day. Although he couldn't find any faults with the shingles or penetration around the skylight, he sent one of his installers over to have another look. The installer renewed the sealant around the skylight dome and rechecked all the shingles. They are very honest, professionally run and managed. They stand by their product. I highly recommend Onit Roofing to anyone who needs roofing services.

This is our second time calling on Onit Roofing to check out some leaks in our rental's roof and to do the necessary repairs. Whitney, one of the owners, was upfront and very helpful in letting us know what the issue was. They did a great job and were very fair on price and no BS. A++++ Had to call Onit, for a roof leak at my house last week on 02/18/25. Whitney came out and inspected my roof and said that it was minor damage, then had one of her guys come out and cover the damaged area before it rained again. She sent me a quote a day later and they came out to fix the roof and sealed some exposed screws to prevent future leaks. The price was fair and I was emailed the finished pictures and everything looked great. Onit is my go-to roofing company for my main house and my rentals. A++++++ work as usual.

OnIt Roofing was great to work with for my roof replacement. I went out for three different quotes. Their presentation was the most professional and more complete, giving me all of the necessary information about the quality of the shingles and the method of applying those shingles. I spent time comparing the quality of the shingles in each of my quotes and the quality I was looking for in the shingle was the same that is used by OnIt Roofing. The crew arrived promptly at 7 AM. They were quick, efficient, and very courteous, and they completed the work by 5 PM that day, including a very thorough cleanup of the property. Keep in mind that they do not use automated nail guns, and that was one of the factors in choosing the company.
