Whitney is so crazy knowledgeable, kind, drone'd over my house, noting changes on the accessory parts needed changing, taking down the old satellites, product information, a competitive and detailed estimate, and very flexible scheduling times. EASY to work with! She followed up to answer my numerous questions on color, samples, product, warranty. The best part came when the Team Crew arrived - on time, ready, supplies prep'd, kind, agradable, respectful, ALL YOU COULD WANT! Onit Roofing installed a new roof on my home in 2021. The installation was fast, and Josh handled most of the direct interaction with my homeowner's insurance company. I have been extremely satisfied with that job. Recently, I had some apparent leakage appear around a skylight above my kitchen. I called Josh to ask him to have a look at the roof for problems. He was there the next day. Although he couldn't find any faults with the shingles or penetration around the skylight, he sent one of his installers over to have another look. The installer renewed the sealant around the skylight dome and rechecked all the shingles. They are very honest, professionally run and managed. They stand by their product. I highly recommend Onit Roofing to anyone who needs roofing services.

This is our second time calling on Onit Roofing to check out some leaks in our rental's roof and to do the necessary repairs. Whitney, one of the owners, was upfront and very helpful in letting us know what the issue was. They did a great job and were very fair on price and no BS. A++++ Had to call Onit, for a roof leak at my house last week on 02/18/25. Whitney came out and inspected my roof and said that it was minor damage, then had one of her guys come out and cover the damaged area before it rained again. She sent me a quote a day later and they came out to fix the roof and sealed some exposed screws to prevent future leaks. The price was fair and I was emailed the finished pictures and everything looked great. Onit is my go-to roofing company for my main house and my rentals. A++++++ work as usual.

OnIt Roofing was great to work with for my roof replacement. I went out for three different quotes. Their presentation was the most professional and more complete, giving me all of the necessary information about the quality of the shingles and the method of applying those shingles. I spent time comparing the quality of the shingles in each of my quotes and the quality I was looking for in the shingle was the same that is used by OnIt Roofing. The crew arrived promptly at 7 AM. They were quick, efficient, and very courteous, and they completed the work by 5 PM that day, including a very thorough cleanup of the property. Keep in mind that they do not use automated nail guns, and that was one of the factors in choosing the company.

Onit Roofing is truly professional. When other contractors submit bids with a piece of handwritten paper, Whitney sent over a detailed proposal with drone pictures and a step-by-step roof replacement plan. Whitney always responded to my texts and emails quickly, she patiently answered all my questions and concerns, and she sent over multiple photos to help me decide on shingle color. The crew showed up super early on installation day at 6:30 am and finished the job before 5 pm. They worked hard and hand-nailed every shingle. The team followed up with drone pictures of the finished project and my warranty registration. I can see why the reviews for this company are so high. It is really hard to find a true professional contractor that goes above and beyond. One month after installation, we are still very happy with our new roof. Thank you, Whitney and team!

I highly recommend this company! I noticed a leak inside my home, and feeling there were no water pipes in the area, I felt it was the roof. I sent a message to ONIT ROOFING and was contacted almost immediately by Josh. We set up an inspection the next day. He was prompt for the inspection, extremely thorough, inspected inside my attic, and found several issues. He also sent up a drone which took photos of my roof and confirmed the problem areas. When he sent the estimate, he sent photos of everything and a full explanation. I know nothing about roofs, so this was extremely helpful! Was able to send a crew within the next few days to fix the problem. The crew arrived on time, was very polite, cleaned the area completely when they were finished, and Josh contacted me a few hours later to confirm the work was finished and send me an invoice. My roof is older and will need to be replaced - I will definitely go with ONIT ROOFING for the replacement.
