Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes. You can pay with a credit card with a 3% service fee added. You can also pay with cash, check, Venmo or Zelle for no additional charge.
When will my roof installation start?
We will notify you by phone and/or email regarding options for your project start-date. Times will vary depending on project approval and weather. This steps happens 5-7 days before the project is started.
Are the roof and gutter jobs the same crew?
No, these are two separate trades and require different crews. Because of this, your gutters will always be replaced/built after the your roof installation.
Would my project be considered a construction zone?
What is the average build time?
One to two days, normally. There are situations that can create a longer turnaround, such as if the roof is especially steep or large. Usually, anything under 3,000 square feet will be completed in one day.
What is the lifespan of your shingles?
In roofing, like anything else, there are many choices, depending on what you want and need. We install 30 year shingles that come with a 10 Year Workmanship Warranty and a Limited Lifetime Manufacture Warranty.
Is your company and crews insured?
Yes, Onit Roofing carries one million dollar per occurrence liability insurance. All of our crews also carry their own seperate liability insurance. We are well-insured so you won’t be liable for any accidents.
